  • Develop market entry plans for new markets, researching regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Engineering.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, regulators, and associations.

  • Proven track record in developing payment network strategies.
  • Experience building partnerships with processors, banks, and merchants.
  • Strong C-suite relationship management and networking.
  • Understanding payment ecosystems, regulatory frameworks, and LatAm markets.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
