- 10+ years in Partner Success, Customer Success, Global Account Management, or related leadership.
- Proven experience leading global teams across regions and time zones.
- Deep understanding of GSI and/or BPO delivery models and partnerships.
- Strong executive communication with experience managing large enterprise relationships.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate matrixed organizations.
- Technical aptitude and experience partnering with engineering or implementation teams.
- Ability to travel up to 30% international travel.
