  • Lead global tourism board portfolio strategy and performance.

  • Represent Ensemble at global industry events and partner activations.
  • Use data insights to inform partner decisions and investment.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in travel industry, destination marketing, or supplier/partner relations.
  • Direct experience working with tourism boards or DMOs strongly preferred.
  • Proven success negotiating commercial and marketing agreements.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience owning revenue targets.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and present data to senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
