π― Requirements

- Direct experience working with tourism boards or DMOs strongly preferred.
- Proven success negotiating commercial and marketing agreements.
- Strong financial acumen with experience owning revenue targets.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and present data to senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
