  • Own onboarding for B2B partners; scalable, repeatable, high-quality.
  • Lead post-sales partner operations: intake, prioritization, routing, resolution.
  • Establish workflows, SLAs, and governance to improve speed and quality.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to partner satisfaction.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Support, and Product for seamless handoffs.
  • Build and lead Partner Enablement: hiring, coaching, and programs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in partner operations, enablement, customer success, or post-sales.
  • Proven people management and leadership experience.
  • Experience designing and delivering training and enablement programs.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar).
  • Strong background in process design, workflow optimization, and operational execution.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
