๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own and improve partner program framework (tiers, rules, incentives, deal registration).
  • Serve as primary ops liaison between Partner/Channel and Revenue Ops (strategy, data, tooling).
  • Build scalable partner ops across regions and segments with VP of Field Ops.
  • Create dashboards and cadence for partner pipeline, bookings, and targets.
  • Define KPIs: sourced/influenced revenue, time-to-close, partner health.
  • Admin and optimization of partner-facing platforms (PRM, CRM, deal portals).

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years in Revenue/Channel/Partner Ops in a B2B SaaS/enterprise tech company.
  • 3+ years in leadership, building and scaling ops teams.
  • Deep understanding of VAR, MSSP, GSI, distribution, and tech alliances.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and PRM tools (Impartner, Alliances, Zift).
  • Strong analytics with Tableau, Power BI, Gong and Excel/Sheets.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and exec-level communication.
