📋 Description

  • Lead account activation, delivery planning, and revenue opportunities with MSG Sports partners.
  • Coordinate renewal and upsell strategies with partner success team leads.
  • Serve as primary liaison between the Partner Management & Activation team and internal stakeholders to deliver results.
  • Ensure strategic alignment and delivery against objectives for each P&L/division.
  • Lead day-to-day revenue management activities: status reports, weekly planning, budgets, CRM.
  • Manage at least 2 staff (Senior Manager/Manager and Coordinator).

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership capable of partnering with internal and external clients.
  • Knowledge of sports, music, media, and entertainment marketing platforms.
  • Ability to understand business financials, set benchmarks, and disseminate financial information.
  • Advanced strategic and analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert insights into business opportunities.
