  • Data-driven with fluency in brand and DR metrics; familiarity with marketing tech offerings.
  • Collaborative leader with ability to influence cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity; able to define priorities and trade-offs.
  • Strong presenter and communicator; proven track record of building high-performing teams (in-house/agency).
