  • Multi-channel ownership across paid search, paid social, video; familiarity with offline measurement concepts.
  • Strong commercial judgement on pacing and scaling.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence in a matrixed environment.
  • Proven people leadership and coaching capability.
  • Multi-market experience with localization and blended in-house/agency delivery.
