📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end global rollout of performance development

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Development, or HR leadership
  • Proven track record delivering org-wide programs (org design, leadership)
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive performance
  • Experience in high-growth tech/SaaS environments
  • Strong executive presence and facilitation skills
  • Fluent English; additional languages a plus
