📋 Description

  • Define and own the L&D charter, vision, and multi-year roadmap.
  • Lead organizational development, diagnostics, culture interventions, and change management.
  • Align L&D with talent management, performance, career architecture, and succession planning.
  • Design leadership development across levels and enable managers as coaches.
  • Oversee blended learning design (VILT, digital, cohort-based) and measurable impact.
  • Own the learning technology ecosystem (LMS/LXP, analytics) and data insights.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in L&D, OD, and/or Talent Management.
  • Proven experience building or transforming L&D in high-growth SaaS.
  • Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and influence at the executive level.
  • Deep expertise in L&D strategy, organizational development, and leadership/talent ecosystems.
  • Data-driven, with ability to link learning outcomes to business impact.
