- Own end-to-end order-to-cash across revenue streams (credit, collections, billing)

- 12+ years in credit, collections, billing, or O2C; 3+ years in people leadership
- Player-coach mentality; lead the function and own part of the workload
- Experience managing AR portfolios with B2B across multiple business lines
- Proficiency in ERP (NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce); optimize billing/collections workflows
- Analytical with AR data for CFO/CRO/executives; data-driven insights
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA/CFA/MBA a plus
