Director, Operatons Accounting Enablement

📋 Description

• Own strategy, leadership, and scaling of fixed assets and inventory accounting.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A, IT and auditors to design processes.
• Strengthen financial controls and audit readiness to support growth.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enable scalable accounting.
• Drive end-to-end asset lifecycle management and data integrations.
• Collaborate to improve close timelines and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Progressive accounting with senior leadership in fixed assets and/or inventory accounting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and US GAAP.
• Experience designing and operating SOX-compliant controls with clean audits.
• Experience establishing capex approval, tracking, and reconciliation frameworks.
• Hands-on ERP leadership (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) for fixed assets and inventory.
• Ownership of system integrations between accounting, operations, and asset management.
• Cross-functional partnering with Ops, Supply Chain, FP&A, and IT.
