Provides coordinated support across providers, clinical staff, and hospital administration.
Identifies growth opportunities for the specialty pharmacy program and evaluates viability.
Oversees day-to-day operations with hospital partners and leads financial performance.
Coordinates with pharmacy, admin, and clinical leadership to implement growth initiatives while maintaining satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred, or 7+ years leading large teams.
PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with licensure; comparable clinical credential (RN/MD) preferred.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Analytical, data-driven decision making.
P&L ownership experience and leading large teams with financial targets.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint; financial modeling and data visualization.
