🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or advanced) or 7+ years leading large, diverse teams.
PharmD or BS in Pharmacy; licensed Pharmacist; clinical credentials preferred.
Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
Analytically oriented; data-driven; proficient in Excel/PowerPoint.
Interest in P&L ownership and leading large teams; KPI-focused.
Experience in hospital/pharmacy operations and process improvement.
