Oversee program areas and functions (transport, engagement, enrollment).
Provide interim executive leadership for vacancies (remote/on-site as needed).
Ensure contracts meet participant needs and center operations requirements.
Oversee center expansion including alternative care sites and mobile clinic.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver compliant, high-quality care and regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements

Travel 80% across Southern California sites.
Bachelor's degree; 5+ years management experience (masters preferred).
PACE experience preferred.
7+ years in healthcare operations.
Ability to work in a matrix structure; cross-functional experience.
5-7 years supervisory experience mentoring in senior care/healthcare.
