📋 Description

• Lead expansion of Campus offices: open new locations and scale existing ones.
• Own broker, landlord, vendor, and contractor relationships; present top options with ROI.
• Build and manage office management teams across locations for consistent, cost-conscious experiences.
• Develop IT/workplace infrastructure standards: network, hardware, help desk, security.
• Design scalable facilities systems: maintenance, safety, capacity planning, security, emergencies.
• Oversee hospitality and daily office operations to be seamless and best-in-class.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading multi-site facilities/workplace ops in the U.S.
• Operational rigor; anticipate issues and fix before they escalate.
• Persuasive negotiator with landlords, brokers, and contractors.
• Clear communicator; influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep experience with vendor management, workplace systems, budgets.
• Willing to travel 2-3 times per month.
