🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years leading multi-site facilities/workplace ops in the U.S.
  • Operational rigor; anticipate issues and fix before they escalate.
  • Persuasive negotiator with landlords, brokers, and contractors.
  • Clear communicator; influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep experience with vendor management, workplace systems, budgets.
  • Willing to travel 2-3 times per month.
