Own end-to-end ops across warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, and delivery (Alameda & Van Nuys)
Define key metrics and build systems to surface issues early
Design and implement scalable operating processes
Lead, develop, and coach high-performing teams at all levels
Drive cross-functional alignment with sales, finance, and leadership
Ensure readiness for growth, seasonality, and new channels

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of operations leadership in distribution/logistics/fulfillment
Experience at scale with multiple SKUs, variable volumes, tight SLAs
Proven track record of metric-driven teams and measurable improvements
Must meet Kiva's Motor Vehicle requirements
Experience in fast-growth or high-expectation environments
Deep comfort with operating metrics, dashboards, and financial drivers
