Lead administrative oversight and clinical leadership for all treatment programs.
Develop and modify treatment programs to meet client needs with partners.
Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Oversee quality improvement and evaluation to meet contract goals and health equity.
Manage contracts: funding, reporting, budgeting, and audits.
Collaborate with the Center for Social Justice on policy development and advocacy.

🎯 Requirements

Master’s in social work, counseling, public health, or related field.
5+ years progressive management experience in substance use treatment.
LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in good standing; AMFT/ASW trainee preferred.
3+ years staff supervision in substance use treatment or behavioral health.
3+ years contract/funding oversight, reporting, compliance, and budgeting.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, databases, budgeting software.
