🎯 Requirements

  • 5 years in privatized student housing ops; 2+ years in leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or related field, or equivalent.
  • Experience creating training programs and cross-property docs.
  • Knowledge of leasing, AR, AP, accounting; Entrata experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site training.
