📋 Description

• Design and implement curricula for medical, operational, cultural, sales, and tech training.
• Oversee and enhance the Learning Management System for all roles.
• Scale training programs across all locations, including international sites.
• Produce engaging training materials: videos, content, modules.
• Establish onboarding programs for rapid acclimation and retention.
• Conduct skills assessments and targeted training initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in training development or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR/OD/Business or related field.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to travel as needed for training delivery.
• CPTD certification (Certified Professional in Training and Development).
