๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5+ years in T&D, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related field.
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs.
  • Strong understanding of leadership development and adult learning methodologies.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with LMS and learning authoring tools.
