  • Hands-on leader with end-to-end ownership of rewards programs
  • Strong knowledge of European rewards, incl. France
  • Experience evolving job architecture and leveling frameworks
  • Familiarity with EU regulatory requirements and reporting
  • Workday or similar HRIS experience enabling compensation processes
