🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in test engineering; 3+ years in leadership of teams.
- Hands-on experience designing and building test setups for mechanical, thermal, or fluid systems.
- Deep experience with instrumentation and data acquisition (sensor selection, DAQ, conditioning).
- Experience writing test plans, procedures, and reports for engineering decisions.
- Track record establishing standard test methods and processes.
- Experience leading teams of technicians and test engineers.
