🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years in supply chain or technical procurement; maritime/cruise preferred.
- Proven leadership of procurement or supply chain teams.
- Strong knowledge of marine technical components and global supply markets.
- ERP/EAM systems experience supporting procurement, inventory, maintenance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; travel ability.
