🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
10+ years in technical/engineering program management
5+ years direct people management of TPMs or engineers
Experience with mechanical, electrical, software and systems teams
Proven ability to drive cohesion and decision-making across functions
Comfortable with remote teams and international travel
