  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for hospitality real estate talent across markets.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage top brokers.
  • Build and maintain a robust hiring pipeline; nurture candidates early.
  • Manage outreach, screening, interviews, and offers; ensure candidate experience.
  • Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and expansion plans.
  • Create onboarding and internal training programs; ensure standards alignment.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in talent sourcing/recruiting in commercial real estate.
  • CRE brokerage/investment sales recruiting experience.
  • Experience delivering onboarding and training for new employees.
  • Strong research, sourcing, and talent-mapping skills; excellent communication.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo (preferred).
  • Travel up to 15% as needed.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary: $95,000–$130,000 plus bonus/commission eligibility.
  • Location: Phoenix preferred; hybrid; remote outside AZ; US work authorization.
  • PTO: 13 days total, including 6 holidays, after 90 days.
  • Benefits: No medical/dental/vision or 401(k) currently; growth plan.
