π― Requirements
- 5+ years in talent sourcing/recruiting in commercial real estate.
- CRE brokerage/investment sales recruiting experience.
- Experience delivering onboarding and training for new employees.
- Strong research, sourcing, and talent-mapping skills; excellent communication.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo (preferred).
- Travel up to 15% as needed.
π Benefits
- Base salary: $95,000β$130,000 plus bonus/commission eligibility.
- Location: Phoenix preferred; hybrid; remote outside AZ; US work authorization.
- PTO: 13 days total, including 6 holidays, after 90 days.
- Benefits: No medical/dental/vision or 401(k) currently; growth plan.
