  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for CRE broker talent across markets.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to engage top brokers and pros.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hires.
  • Track hiring metrics and pipelines in Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Create and own onboarding and internal training programs.
  • Partner with leadership on hiring needs and expansion plans.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in talent sourcing/recruiting in commercial real estate.
  • CRE brokerage/investment sales recruiting experience.
  • Onboarding and training program delivery experience.
  • Strong research, sourcing, and talent-mapping skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to travel up to 15% if remote.

๐ŸŽ Benefits

  • PTO: 13 days total, including 6 holidays after 90 days.
  • Hybrid Phoenix office; remote outside Arizona considered.
