📋 Description

• Scale and modernize the recruiting engine.
• Lead a high-impact Talent Ops team and own systems and data.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Recruiting Ops/HR Ops; 5+ years leading teams.
• Hyperscaler/ AI/cloud infra experience is a plus.
• Proven AI/automation deployments in recruiting (production workflows).
• Deep expertise with Greenhouse, Gem, Workday, CRMs, scheduling AI.
• Strong program management to scale TA (onboarding, mobility, referrals).
• Data-driven with dashboards and funnel diagnostics.
• Global hiring compliance knowledge; AI in employment.
