- 8+ years experience in Talent Management, L&D, and/or OD
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs
- Experience in tech, fintech, or proptech preferred
- People management experience with coaching and developing talent
- Strong analytical skills with data reporting and interpretation
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
