  • Develop and lead strategy for talent management and succession planning to grow talent at Flex
  • Define talent development strategy and drive adoption of initiatives/programs
  • Build onboarding and scalable manager/leadership development programs with coaching
  • Create curricula for leadership and high-potential programs to support growth and retention
  • Define KPIs and measure ROI for talent programs
  • Evolve the new hire training, including first week and first 90 days

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in Talent Management, L&D, and/or OD
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs
  • Experience in tech, fintech, or proptech preferred
  • People management experience with coaching and developing talent
  • Strong analytical skills with data reporting and interpretation
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
