📋 Description

• Run the hiring engine end-to-end; lead and grow the talent team.
• Build a recruiting engine driven by metrics: time-to-fill, velocity.
• Scale processes and tooling to support hundreds to thousands of hires.
• Iterate on structured interview frameworks and calibrate hiring managers.
• Directly own strategy for critical hires; source and close.
• Own sourcing and spend ROI; decide channels, tools, agencies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in recruiting with strategy at a high-growth company.
• Built or improved recruiting function; process, tools, structure.
• Data-driven; manage funnel with real metrics.
• Strategic thinker; execute and balance big picture with details.
• Move fast; comfortable in ambiguity; add structure.
• Ashby experience; credible; sell and close top talent; partner with founders.
