- 7+ years of management experience.
- Proven ability to build proactive pipelines for technical and hard to fill roles.
- Expertise in talent market intelligence, workforce planning, and analytics.
- Experience building KPIs and performance frameworks that drive impact.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders as a strategic partner.
