🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years as Director-level in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management in apparel.
- Deep global Activewear factory network across APAC, South Asia, and EMEA.
- Strong product acumen to co-create, cost engineer, and commercialize performance products.
- Deep knowledge of performance materials, fabrics, and regional mill ecosystems.
- GM mindset with Lean, JIT, and rapid replenishment in supply chains.
- Advanced costing skills: break down cost drivers and negotiate effectively.
