📋 Description

• Own and drive strategy for all Ava Labs social channels.
• Develop content calendars aligned to launches and milestones.
• Grow audience, engagement, and brand affinity with data-driven methods.
• Partner with the CEO to curate and ghostwrite tweets in his voice.
• Directly manage and mentor a team of 1; establish scalable processes.
• Clip/edit long-form content into short-form assets; basic photo editing.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in social media; 3+ years in senior leadership in crypto/Web3/DeFi.
• Experience at a crypto-native institutional platform (e.g., Coinbase, Gemini).
• Ability to manage executive social presence; ghostwriting for C-suite.
• Expert fluency across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram.
• Hands-on video editing (CapCut, Premiere) and producing short-form assets.
• Proficiency in Photoshop; strong writing; East Coast/NYC in-person preferred.
