🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in analytics/strategy/finance in consumer lending, servicing, or capital markets.
- Strong SQL and Python; Tableau or BI tools preferred.
- Excel expertise (advanced formulas, modeling, automation) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with large datasets in cloud/distributed environments (Databricks, Snowflake).
- Deep understanding of servicing/collections metrics and delinquencies.
- Familiar with investor reporting and structured finance concepts.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex analytics to executives and investors.
