📋 Description

• Lead enterprise security risk management framework and board risk reporting
• Direct policy development and exception governance for security standards
• Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery programs with simulations
• Manage strategic compliance initiatives with legal, compliance, and ops teams for audits
• Primary liaison for security board reporting and regulatory engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years as senior security leader with risk, compliance, BCM
• 5+ years in US and international financial regulatory environments
• Proven GRC program scaling with automation focus
• Strong communication and executive presence; board updates
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or equivalent
• GRC tools: Jira, Archer, ServiceNow
