🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement or related field; equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum seven years of managerial experience in law enforcement or contract security.
- Ability to obtain a valid security license (PERC); CPP or similar certifications preferred.
- Excel budgeting/reporting; experience with workforce management and scheduling systems.
- Must read/write/speak English; bilingual a plus.
- Strong organizational, financial and time-management skills; able to work independently; pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
