Director of Security

📋 Description

• Create and drive the security roadmap
• Manage compliance automation (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA)
• Ensure engineers and staff treat security as core
• Manage the Bug Bounty Program
• Implement security controls from infra to CI
• Run manual and automated security practices

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of security engineering experience
• Leadership in security at previous organizations; infosec a plus
• Excitement to build a more secure engineering function
• Ability to manage security programs
• Experience coding in at least one major programming language
• Networking and infrastructure knowledge: load balancers, VPNs, TLS, DNS
