- Deep understanding of sales-led pipeline generation; outbound, SDR productivity, marketing collaboration.
- Strong operational rigor: segment/territory planning, forecasting, and productivity improvements.
- Skilled coach and culture-builder, giving direct feedback and raising the bar.
