  • Proven track record of distribution, assortment growth, revenue growth at Target.
  • Strong understanding of Target merchandising, category management, shopper dynamics.
  • Experience leading and developing sales teams to exceed goals.
  • Highly analytical, translate data into clear strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for executive conversations.
  • Thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment with ownership.
