  • HubSpot CRM design, automation, reporting, lifecycle configuration.
  • Deep experience owning forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue predictability.
  • Experience designing sales compensation plans, quotas, and incentives.
  • Collaboration with Data and Finance on reporting, ETL, attribution, forecasting.
