π― Requirements
- 8+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, Customer Planning, or related field within CPG
- Strong understanding of retailer, distributor, and broker ecosystems in CPG
- Experience leading commercial planning, forecasting, performance management, and operational processes
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
- Strong financial acumen with forecasting, scenario planning, investment tracking, and business case development
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, syndicated data platforms, and reporting tools
