  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial planning across Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance
  • Align customer forecasts, promotional plans, inventory readiness, revenue targets
  • Own sales operating rhythms, KPI reporting, business reviews, and performance management
  • Build scalable tools and workflows to improve forecasting and planning
  • Partner with Finance for operating plans, budgeting, scenario modeling, and investment tracking
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to align demand with production and inventory capabilities

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, Customer Planning, or related field within CPG
  • Strong understanding of retailer, distributor, and broker ecosystems in CPG
  • Experience leading commercial planning, forecasting, performance management, and operational processes
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Strong financial acumen with forecasting, scenario planning, investment tracking, and business case development
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, syndicated data platforms, and reporting tools
