  • Strong broker management and retail execution expertise.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Analytical with syndicated data, retailer insights, and market trends.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
  • Willingness to travel ~40%.
