  • Lead E&S sales across Southern Europe.
  • Manage a Client Partners team in France, Italy, Spain.
  • Define and scale a new business strategy and pipeline.

  • Support pitches, negotiations, and renewals for strategic accounts.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 10+ years in digital media in Southern Europe, 5+ years leading a sales team.
  • Proven outbound strategy, pipeline growth, and advertiser adoption.
  • Experience in new business or acquisition-focused teams.
  • Proven ability to lead meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; French, Italian, or Spanish required; additional Southern European language a plus.
