  • Lead and own the Central sales region across all channels.
  • Collaborate with VP of Sales, DSD partners, retailers to drive growth.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities; scale growth momentum.
  • Develop and execute regional strategies and budgets; align with company goals.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with DSD distributors and regional food brokers.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach regional managers to achieve measurable results.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-10 years of sales experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG).
  • Proficient in SPINS, Retailer Portals, and Trade Math.
  • Strong planning/PM skills; proficient in G-Suite and MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills; high EQ.
  • Proven experience managing distributors/retailers and field sales teams.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to travel.
