🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required

- Direct experience acquiring and closing high-value clients and institutional relationships
- Demonstrated ability to build outbound sales motion, not just inbound leads
- Strong understanding of retail trading lifecycle: account opening, funding, platform adoption, retention
