π― Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience across sales, revenue growth, or customer strategy roles, preferably within CPG
- Demonstrated success managing large national retail accounts including Walmart
- Proven ability to develop and execute customer growth strategies
- Strong financial, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to operate independently in complex customer environments
