Design and implement a company-wide risk framework.
Maintain risk register; lead quarterly reviews with executives and Board.
Oversee internal controls and risk mitigation.
Monitor stablecoin risks: reserves, counterparties, liquidity, and smart contracts.
Lead global compliance strategy across US, EU MiCA, UK, Singapore, etc.
Oversee AML/KYC, sanctions, monitoring, and suspicious activity reporting.

🎯 Requirements

8–12+ years of risk/compliance/ops exp in fintech, payments, or digital assets.
Experience with regulators; AML/BSA, sanctions, and global regs.
Strong knowledge of stablecoins, digital assets, custody models, and reserves.
Track record building frameworks from scratch.
Executive-level communication and board presentation experience.
Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities.
