- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, BizOps in high-growth SaaS.
- Proven track record building and evolving complex GTM tech stacks (selection, integration, governance, adoption).
- Deep familiarity with Sales, Marketing, and CS workflows and handoffs.
- Lead a lean, AI/automation-powered RevOps team.
- Strong technical fluency: CRM architecture, data models, automation, attribution/analytics.
- Ability to drive cross-functional change and improve velocity and predictability.
