  • Own the end-to-end GTM stack: CRM, marketing automation, CS tooling, analytics.
  • Design scalable data models and workflows for high-volume GTM.
  • Create a revenue source of truth with metrics and dashboards.
  • Shift from reporting to prediction to recommendations using embedded insights.
  • Lead cross-functional change across Sales, Marketing, CS, Support, Product, Finance.
  • Build automation to reduce friction for customer-facing teams.

  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, BizOps in high-growth SaaS.
  • Proven track record building and evolving complex GTM tech stacks (selection, integration, governance, adoption).
  • Deep familiarity with Sales, Marketing, and CS workflows and handoffs.
  • Lead a lean, AI/automation-powered RevOps team.
  • Strong technical fluency: CRM architecture, data models, automation, attribution/analytics.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional change and improve velocity and predictability.
