🎯 Requirements

  • Proven RevOps infrastructure built from ground up or major redesign.
  • Deep Salesforce admin level expertise; proficient with modern GTM stack and AI tooling.
  • Strong analytical foundation; SQL fluency and BI tool experience.
  • Experience operationalizing PLG; PQL scoring, routing; self-serve to sales.
  • Track record designing sales compensation plans and engagement rules.
  • Experience running forecasting processes and QBRs.
