🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops in high-growth
  • Deep CRM architecture: custom objects, automation, integrations, data modeling
  • Proven track record building RevOps systems from scratch
  • Strong understanding of revenue lifecycle: attribution, pipeline, retention
  • High analytical rigor; dashboards and data-driven decisions
  • Able to operate as an individual contributor while owning cross-functional systems
